EIV is a great tool to help us identify improper payments and streamline the verification process. It is also very time consuming, and a major cause of MOR findings.

This course will help you:

• Use EIV as an effective and efficient tool
• Learn Tips and ways to make EIV use go smoothly
• Identify the source of discrepancies

In class Activities:

• Reconcile the EIV Income Discrepancy Report
• Identify potential overpayments and use third party verification to compute overpayments

• Learn repayment agreement processing and reporting
