Dan Grady Memorial Scholarship

The AHMA-PSW Foundation is now accepting 2023-2024 applications for the Dan Grady Memorial Scholarships. Residents of registered member communities and dependents of on-site staff are encouraged to apply.

The Dan Grady Memorial Scholarship program has awarded over $650,000 in academic and vocational scholarships to AHMA-PSW housing residents, and we’re pleased to see that number continue to grow every year. 

Who is Eligible? 

  • A current resident or dependents of on-site employees of a registered affordable housing property managed by an AHMA-PSW member. 
  • A high school senior, high school graduate or a student receiving an equivalence certificate intending to enroll in an accredited college, university, community college, or trade school, etc. 
  • A current college, university, community college or trade school student.

National Affordable Housing Management Association (NAHMA) Scholarship 

The NAHMA Educational Foundation is pleased to announce its scholarship program for 2023. We encourage application from any resident of an AHMA member community who is a high school senior, holds a high school diploma, or GED and intends to continue, or begin, their pursuit in higher education this year. Higher education includes attendance to an accredited college, university, community college, trade/professional school, or institute. We invite all who are eligible to apply today!
