Your employees have the right to a safe, non-threatening work environment. Their productivity and morale can be seriously affected not only by instances of workplace bullying and harassment, but also by their leaders’ response to these problems. Therefore, it is imperative that organizations have strategies in place in order for managers and supervisors to recognize the signs of toxic and/or illegal behavior among employees, and take action to restore a healthy work culture.

This class is part of the AHMA-PSW Executive Series, consisting of 3 webinars. A Bundle rate is available at registration . The Bundle will include attendance to the following scheduled sessions:

Session 1 – Conducting Effective, Legally Compliant Investigations of Harassment & Bullying Allegations (June 20th)
Session 2 – Investigating Instances of Insubordination (July 16th)
Session 3 – Offboarding with Care; Conducting Legal  Ethical Employee Terminations (August 21st)

Registration Payment & Cancellation Policy

Payment Policy: Payment for course registration is due prior to the scheduled class date. If a registrant is registered within 3 business days of the scheduled training, payment is required to be made via credit card. Send an email to training@ahma-psw.org or call the office at 1.866.698.2462 to make payment by credit card.

Cancellation Policy: For a full refund, cancellation needs to be completed 7 days prior to the scheduled training date by via email to training@ahma-psw.org. You will be charged full registration if cancellation is not done within that stated period.
