One of the benefits we offer our members is the opportunity to join the Communities of Quality (COQ) national registry as one of the country’s top affordable properties.
This is part of the National Affordable Housing Management Association (NAHMA) Communities of Quality® (COQ) National Recognition and Awards program. A program that recognizes affordable housing providers who create safe, attractive, well-maintained properties that are an asset to neighborhoods and reflect quality.
Multifamily properties can be certified as having achieved a high standard of excellence in the way they are managed, the services they provide residents, the experience and training of personnel, and other criteria. The process to become a COQ property starts with an application.
At this moment, NAHMA is only accepting electronic submissions for the COQ application. Below is more information on how you can participate.
