Supportive services, or service enriched housing, integrates a social service system into operations and management of affordable housing. Learn how these services contribute to a stable resident population and decreases management costs. These best practices will help improve maintenance within apartments, resident relations and increase resident satisfaction.

After completing this module, participants will be able to:

    • Raise awareness of Service Enriched Housing Programs
    • Provide an overview and step-by-step process to develop, deliver, and improve resident service programs
    • Know industry best practices for effective service enriched supportive housing programs
