Don’t let the latest changes by REAC catch you by surprise! You work in a world of constantly changing regulations. Although it might feel like a challenge to keep up with all the new requirements, this course will help you navigate all the latest REAC developments and prepare for future inspections.

Speaker: Alejandro Dominguez

Founder and owner of UPCS Inspectors LLC, a full-service inspection company that specializes in annual inspections, UPCS training, and REAC consultation for the housing industry. Alejandro also served as Community Director for the Housing Authority of the City of Austin, where he was responsible for the oversight of multiple public housing communities, the implementation of community development programs and successfully preparing for over 30 high performance inspections.

Previously, Alejandro performed Management and Occupancy Review (MOR) audits for Southwest Housing Compliance Corporation with portfolios ranging from 5,493 units (Dallas) to 7,221 units (Houston). Alejandro’s experience as a property management professional and as an inspector provides him a unique perspective most inspectors in the field do not have.

Photography: Professional photographs will be captured during the event. Attendees hereby grant AHMA-PSW and its representatives’ permission to photograph them at the event and distribute (both now and in the future) the Attendee’s image in photographs, and electronic reproductions of such events and activities.

Photography or Recording Usage by Attendees: Photography, audio recordings, and video recordings are not permitted by event attendees during any training/meeting sessions. Any attendee found recording, audio or video, and / or taking photographs during a training session will be asked to leave the session.

Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancellation needs to be completed 7 days prior to training session date.  You will be charged full registration if cancellation is not done within that stated period.
