Safety Guidelines:

In accordance with the State of California’s CDC guidelines and Los Angeles County Department of Public Health, to enter the hotel’s ballroom area, the LAX Marriott is requiring proof of vaccination or a negative Covid test taken within a 72-hour timeframe prior to the start of the conference and expo. Hotel staff will check proof of vaccination or a negative Covid test as conference staff, speakers, or attendees enter the ballroom area. Please know that if you do not show either proof of vaccination or a negative Covid test, then you may be denied entry to the ballroom area and therefore unable to attend the event.

Payment must be completed within 60 days of registering. All payments for the Conference must be completed before the first day of the event, May 16th.
