The most important aspect of any eviction case is the formal notice that the eviction is based upon because it gives you the right to evict someone from your property. Failure to comply with every rule that applies to the notice and service of the notice, can end the case before it even starts.
An eviction notice must include specific language, information and requirements to be considered valid. This course will review the most common and simple mistakes in both the preparation and service of the notice. From filing to judgement, managers and property owners will learn what they need to do, and what to avoid, to ensure they have the best case possible when filing an eviction with the court.
