DAY 1 – HOTMA Roundtable

HOTMA got you feeling cold? Even though implementation dates are yet to be determined we need to work on our policies now. Although many of these policies are mandated, many others are discretionary and must be addressed. Come join AHMA-PSW for a Round Table discussion on how to write and implement these policies to best fit in with your property’s mission and goals. This is not intended to be a HOTMA training but rather a discussion amongst professionals to help us all gain ideas and insights.

DAY 2 – Fair Housing from an Operators Perspective 

This is a 1 day class that will provide an overview from an Operators perspective of Fair Housing Act and best practices to comply with your fair housing obligations. This class will include topics such as:

• Federal Protected Classes
• Activities prohibited under the Fair Housing Act
• Section 504
• Reasonable Accommodations/Modifications
• Assistance Animals and Service Animals
• Limited English Proficiency (LEP)

Come join AHMA-PSW for a discussion on the Fair Housing Act.  This session will serve the seasoned professional wanting a refresher, as well as newer staff members looking to gain a better understanding of the regulation.

Registration Payment & Cancellation Policy

Payment Policy: Payment for course registration is due prior to the scheduled class date. If a registrant is registered within 3 business days of the scheduled training, payment is required to be made via credit card. Send an email to training@ahma-psw.org or call the office at 1.866.698.2462 to make payment by credit card.

Cancellation Policy: For a full refund, cancellation needs to be completed 7 days prior to the scheduled training date by via email to training@ahma-psw.org. You will be charged full registration if cancellation is not done within that stated period.
