Employee feedback is an incredibly powerful tool. When offered properly, it has the ability to grow and develop the people in your organization, improve levels of trust and communication, and strengthen bonds between employees and managers. Unfortunately, feedback is often ignored or omitted entirely to avoid discomfort for both managers and employees. This class will review the following and more: Feedback guidelines & examples, When & how to give feedback, Do’s & Don’ts of giving feedback, etc.

Founder of Advantage HR Consulting, LLC, Diane is a senior Human Resources professional with over 30 years of experience in the HR arena. She holds a Master Certificate in Human Resources from Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations and has attained SPHR, SHRM-SCP, CPC & sDEI certification. Her background includes experience in HR consulting and training & administration in corporate, government, consulting, and pro bono environments.

Registration Payment & Cancellation Policy
Payment Policy: Payment for course registration is due prior to the scheduled class date. If a registrant is registered within 3 business days of the scheduled training, payment is required to be made via credit card. Send an email to email@example.com or call the office at 1.866.698.2462 to make payment by credit card.
Cancellation Policy: For a full refund, cancellation needs to be completed 7 days prior to the scheduled training date by via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. You will be charged full registration if cancellation is not done within the stated period.
