The Affordable Housing Management Association Pacific Southwest (AHMA-PSW) is the leading advocate for quality affordable housing in Southern California, Arizona and Nevada. AHMA-PSW promotes the highest level of professionalism by serving as an advocate in the affordable housing industry and offering a wide array of educational sessions, leadership development and compliance training.

We are owners, agents, property managers and professionals who provide services or products to the affordable housing industry. We have been serving our members for more than 48 years by:

• Being a liaison between members and government agencies regulating the affordable housing industry for issues of interest and concerns.
• Offering educational and professional development opportunities to members throughout the year with exceptional Conference & Expo events, member meetings and a robust training program.
