In this course we will review the overall process of property management, regardless of program type. Property Management involves a lot more than determining eligibility and certifications. As property managers, we are responsible for the financial viability of a multimillion-dollar asset, and the well-being of those who live there. This course is designed as a full overview of the life of a resident from marketing to move out.

Payment Policy: Payment for course registration is due prior to the scheduled class date. If a registrant is registered within 3 business days of the scheduled training, payment is required to be made via credit card. Cancellation Policy: For a full refund, cancellation needs to be completed 7 days prior to the scheduled training date by via email to training@ahma-psw.org. You will be charged full registration if cancellation is not made within that stated period.
