On March 14, 2019, HUD issued new HOME Investment Partnership Program (HOME) and Housing Trust Fund (HTF) Homeownership Value Limits (95% limits) for 2019 that are effective April 15, 2019. The Arizona Department of Housing has extracted the limits for all Arizona counties from the HUD posted information located on their website (info for all states) and produced a chart for the benefit of our partners conducting owner occupied housing rehabilitation programs.
