This course provides a full overview of the property management process, regardless of program type. Participants will review the responsibilities of property managers beyond eligibility determinations and certifications, including maintaining the financial viability of a multimillion-dollar asset and supporting the well-being of the residents who live there. The training follows the life of a resident from initial marketing and application through occupancy, ongoing management, and move-out.
