NSPIRE is getting ready to roll out officially. Many of you participated in the pilot program and understand the focus of the new scoring and inspections that will replace the old REAC process. However, there is still confusion on how the scoring is formulated and requirements once the final reports are issued. HUD is going on the road to discuss policy, standards, scoring, operations, and inspections. These events are a great opportunity for members to participate in an open dialogue with subject matter experts. Sessions include interactive panel discussions, Q&A sessions, and demonstrations. Please see the proposed schedule below and we encourage you to attend if your communities are part of this program.
