AHMA-PSW’s Affordable Housing News 09/27/19

The California Department of Housing and Community Development would like to share the news that Mark Stivers, Acting Deputy Director, Division of Financial Assistance, will depart HCD on September 20, 2019. The Division of Financial Assistance administers HCD’s housing and economic development loan and grant programs. Jennifer Seeger will serve as the Acting Deputy Director until a permanent appointee is determined.
The Arizona Department of Housing announces a Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) for project-based rental assistance funded through the Section 811 Project Rental Assistance Program (811 PRA). Please download the Information Bulletin for additional information.

The Semi-Annual Report for the current Davis-Bacon HUD Labor Standards Reporting Period (April 1, 2019 through September 30, 2019) are due October 1, 2019 for CA HOME & CDBG recipients. For HOME Reports, please submit to: HOME@hcd.ca.gov. For CDBG Reports, please submit to: CDBG.Reports@hcd.ca.gov. Please note: Your jurisdiction/CHDO may not have had an active Davis-Bacon project during the reporting period but the Cover Memo still needs to be submitted.
