CTCAC announced that final documents for applications with active land use and environmental appeal periods (including NEPA) are due August 7. On or before August 7, these applicants must send an updated Attachment 26 and any federal environmental approval such as HUD Form 7015.16 to TCACdocs@treasurer.ca.gov with a subject line of Attachment 26. If a project’s NEPA clearance is through the HEROS system and you have questions about what documentation to submit, contact TCAC development staff: https://www.treasurer.ca.gov/ctcac/assignments.asp
