The following information was sent out this morning by HUD:

The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and the San Francisco Multifamily West Regional Office value the health and safety of their partners, clients and staff. We are taking actions to address the COVID-19 pandemic and to help protect you and our team.

San Francisco Multifamily West Regional staff will be working from an alternate site and will not be meeting directly with stakeholders or residents. Please continue to submit all Asset Management work tasks electronically via email, with PDF attachments, to Sf.Incoming@hud.gov .  Please do not submit requests or documentation in hard copy form nor by FAX as we will not be able to process at this time. Should your transaction require original signatures or notarization, please connect directly with your Account Executive to determine what steps may be taken.

All general questions should be sent to the Account Executives directly. Preferred communication is by email. Phone messages will be returned. Property assignment, email addresses, and phone number for each Account Executive can be found at the following website:
