The California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) has released an Amendment to the Supportive Housing Multifamily Housing Program (SHMHP) Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA). The amended SHMHP NOFA includes the following information: HCD will utilize $78 million of Proposition 1 (Chapter 365, Statues 2017) MHP funding. The total funding available for this SHMHP NOFA is $155 million. Applications are due February 8, 2018. For more information please visit SHMHP webpage.
