This webinar will give you tips on how to detect fraud and what to look for on applications, questionnaires, resident provided documents and 3^rd party verifications. Learn ways to protect management and the owner from reportable non-compliance, if fraud is detected by an outside agency. Lastly, we will discuss how to report resident and applicant fraud to the appropriate government agencies if discovered.
