This webinar will give you tips on how to detect fraud and what to look for on applications, questionnaires, resident provided documents and 3rd party verifications. Learn ways to protect management and the owner from reportable non-compliance, if fraud is detected by an outside agency. Lastly, we will discuss how to report resident and applicant fraud to the appropriate government agencies if discovered.
