ExpiredWEBINAR: Fair Housing for Maintenance Do’s & Don’ts

Maintenance personnel have contact with residents more than anyone else on site. If staff isn’t careful, their interaction with a resident or a potential resident could be misunderstood and result in a fair housing violation.

This session evaluates typical scenarios where the well-intentioned maintenance person could be at risk of violating fair housing laws, the ways to handle these situations without discriminating, and the importance of documenting every situation.

For a full refund, cancellation needs to be completed 7 days prior to training session date via email to training@ahma-psw.org.  You will be charged full registration if cancellation is not done within that stated period.
