Kimball, Tirey & St. John’s fair housing training is a course covering both California and federal fair housing laws. It is a must for maintenance personnel, technicians, porters and groundskeepers on residential rental property in California. Some of the key issues include the California and federal protected classes, disability requests relating to parking and assistance animals, maintenance team policies, maintenance requests, standardized response to an emergency and nonemergency, do’s and don’ts in handling the maintenance visit, recognizing & avoiding sexual harassment, record keeping and other Fair Housing guidance.

***Important Fair Housing Certificate Information***

To qualify for a certificate, participants must attend the webinar in its entirety by logging in with their unique link. Attendance will be monitored and verified with the use of KTS’s reporting system.

Meeting Link Details

Registration Payment & Cancellation Policy

Payment Policy: Payment for course registration is due prior to the scheduled class date. If a registrant is registered within 3 business days of the scheduled training, payment is required to be made via credit card. Send an email to training@ahma-psw.org or call the office at 1.866.698.2462 to make payment by credit card.

Cancellation Policy: For a full refund, cancellation needs to be completed 7 days prior to the scheduled training date by via email to training@ahma-psw.org. You will be charged full registration if cancellation is not made within that stated period.
