HARBRO will be presenting an overview of environmental situations  and the risks involved when facing building or facility damage issues.  By using real life case studies integrating both missteps and success stories, attendees will have a better understanding of the history behind the regulations as well as some mitigation steps that can be taken from the facility management viewpoint.  The class will focus mainly on asbestos, mold, hazardous products and biological issues.

SPEAKER: Jeff Koscher

Jeff’s great passion is bringing a piece of mind to people who have been through a real estate disaster. He helps his clients, who include managers, engineers, owners, and maintenance teams find healthy solutions to remediate their property back to pre-loss condition. He understands that no single approach is the right one for every situation. With over 30 years of experience, he understands that flexibility and understanding to work with each client based on their own particular needs are key to a successful project.

In addition to being a Senior Account Manager for HARBRO, He also teaches a variety of training classes. Including: Water Damage 101, Basic Mold Awareness, Disaster Preparedness, Earthquake Preparedness, Fire & Smoke, Environmental Hazards, Bio-Hazard, The Day After, and will soon offer How To Read A Bid.
