HARBRO presents an overview of environmental situations and the risks involved when facing building or facility damage issues. By using real life case studies integrating both missteps and success stories, attendees will have a better understanding of the history behind the regulations as well as some mitigation steps that can be taken from the facility management viewpoint. The class focuses mainly on asbestos, mold, hazardous products and biological issues.
