The pandemic has presented us with many changes and challenges we have never faced before, and has spurred the CA legislature to put forth bills at a furious rate. There are currently multiple bills seeking to extend eviction moratoriums and credit issues, as well as other issues involving our industry. We welcome you to come and hear an update from Julia Moore, Vice President of Legislative and Regulator Affairs, and Armine Petrosyan, Director of California, on Bills they have been advocating for on behalf of AHMA-PSW.
