It has been more than 3 months since we last stepped into our offices.  Time to catch up with mail; listen to a few dozen voicemails; and clean out emails.  The list goes on and on. This all can be very overwhelming to some and easy for others.  Are your employees ready? Listen to some tips that will help you and your employees ease back into work and minimize the stress levels that can come with it.  Feel free to bring any ideas or tips you would like to share from your company’s perspective.
