The Office Communications Session will be the first of four sessions developed to provide the context and foundation necessary for the subsequent sessions. The session is designed to instill the value of professionalism in communications as part of an individual’s and organization’s branding.  Context will be provided on the importance of consistency and uniformity across multiple modes of communication.

Session will address the following topics:

  • Building a Consistent Brand through Office Communications
  • Making the Best Impression Over the Phone
  • How to Send Professional and Effective Emails
  • Ensuring Your Letters Include the Main Elements

Session Activities:

  • Development of voice mail greeting
  • Practice responses for phone call scenarios:
  • Development of signature block
  • Proofing for application of guidelines provided during session
