EEE Advisor is a leading Engineering Inspection company in California, providing high-quality engineering for single residential, multifamily, and commercial buildings. 

During this Member Meeting EEE Advisor will review:

  • The qualifications for a building to fall under SB721 or SB326.
  • What type of building may qualify for an exemption.
  • The causes of wood rot and structural deficiency in walkways, stairways, decks, and balconies.
  • Important information on different types of balconies and exterior elevated elements (EEE)
  • Liability and penalty 

Speaker: Omid Ghanadiof – a co-founder of EEE Advisor, a specialized engineering structural inspection firm active in Southern California to help owners and HOAs comply with balcony inspection ordinances SB721 and SB326.

 

After the presentation, the Board of Directors will provide a year in review of the great accomplishments the Association has achieved, new things on the horizon and how you can become involved.

***This member meeting will take place at the LAX Marriott hotel in the Pacific Coast 4. Registration will open at 10:30 am and boxed lunch will be provided.***

Payment Policy: Payment for course registration is due prior to the scheduled class date. If a registrant is registered within 3 business days of the scheduled training, payment is required to be made via credit card. Cancellation Policy: For a full refund, cancellation needs to be completed 7 days prior to the scheduled training date by via email to training@ahma-psw.orgYou will be charged full registration if cancellation is not done within that stated period.
