Make sure everyone on your team receives up-to-the-minute fair housing training!

Residents deal with the office at the beginning of the tenancy, but after moving on-site, maintenance usually has more exposure to residents and their problems on an on-going basis. 80% of FH cases come from in place residents! Cases are filed based on poor service but also on inconsistent service (including being too nice and showing a preference for some residents), lack of communication or saying the wrong thing….innocently! What you don’t know can cost you, your property and your company money.
