Come join us for the latest in Affordable Housing news.  A report to the Members will be presented by Kurt Aldinger, AHMA-PSW Vice President of Legislative and Regulatory Affairs.  Also invited are Chris Linton from Washoe Affordable Housing  who will present a high level overview of the FAST Act changes that went into effect in March 2018.  These changes affect verification of fixed income verification, asset verification, and utility reimbursements from the Contract Administrator perspective; Denise Cox from NV Housing Division for Tax Credit News and Frank Castro from HUD for their perspective.
