Regular Members (Owner/Agents)
Regular membership entails all the benefits listed below and have access to invaluable resources and support from the AHMA-PSW network. The annual dues are $500 plus service fees of $2.50 per affordable unit managed.

For companies that provide services and/or products to the affordable housing industry. The annual membership dues are $450. You have access to the benefits listed and have sponsorship opportunities throughout the year.

Designed for organizations, agencies, and companies that provide resources and/or services to community residents. The annual membership dues are $350.00. As a member, you will enjoy the following benefits:
