Annual Dues: $450 plus $1.75 per unit for all affordable units in any property managed in Southern California, Arizona, or Nevada. It is AHMA-PSW's policy that all management agents and Owners certify/self report that they have enrolled all of their affordable properties. For a Management Agent where an Owner refuses to pay AHMA-PSW's $1.75/unit fee, those properties may be excluded from dues payment, but that property will pay non-member prices for all AHMA-PSW events. Please list all properties owned or managed by your company and let us know if they are or are not joining AHMA-PSW. Please list all information for every property in your portfolio.
