  • The 2018 TCAC application can no longer be used for 4% LIHTC submissions. The 2019 TCAC applications are expected to be available on the TCAC website on December 31. Applicants must utilize the 2019 TCAC applications and the 2019 CDLAC-TCAC joint application Attachment 40 beginning with the January 18 deadline for the March 20 Committee meeting. Please contact TCAC staff with questions.
  • The latest edition of the CNA e-Tool launches Release 2.4 on December 17System Temporarily Unavailable During Upgrade Installation – the CNA e-Tool will be unavailable from 8 p.m. EDT Friday, December 14, through midnight Sunday, December 16 while Release 2.4 is being installed. The upgrade will be operational as of Monday, December 17, 2018. New Flags Added:  As part of the upgrade, two new automatic flags have been added to enforce the minimum reserve for replacement (RfR) balance rules. These flags will reduce the chance of returned submissions due to incorrect reserve for replacement funding plans.
  • On December 18 from 10-11:30 am,  TCAC is presenting  a webinar on certificated state credits. The webinar will include an introduction to the concept and benefits of certificated state credits as well as insights from developers, investors, and attorneys who have worked with them.   • HUD Multifamily West Region, San Francisco Asset Management Division will host their semiannual industry meeting on Thursday, January 17, 2019 from 10 am to approximately 12:30 pm Pacific Time. The event will be held at the San Francisco Regional office. Please register for the event  at https://apps.hud.gov/emarc/index.cfm?fuseaction=emar.registerEvent&eventId=3497&update=NPlease note that there is a 150- person cap on attendance. If you are unable to attend the event in person, we are also recording the meeting. Please look out for the link to the recording on HUDChannel via this list serve within a few days of the event. We are no longer streaming the event live due to technical challenges.
