As we accommodate to an ever-changing environment, finding balance between work and home can affect one’s overall health, improve our moods, boost our immune systems and provide a more positive outlook. This presentation will define good stress vs. bad stress and the impact they have on engagement in the world. Learn the importance of self-care as we review strategies for managing stress and addressing burn-out. Areas that will be covered:

  • Define and recognize signs of stress.
  • Understand the Importance of reducing stress.
  • Develop strategies for avoiding compassion fatigue and burnout.
  • Identify resources.

Payment Policy: Payment for course registration is due prior to the scheduled class date. If a registrant is registered within 3 business days of the scheduled training, payment is required to be made via credit card.
