Make sure everyone on your team receives up-to-the-minute fair housing training!
Fair Housing is the most complex, serious and costly issue for the rental industry today. Every person on your staff has personal liability in a complaint – subjecting his or her supervisors, management company and owner to serious penalties. We will help you basic day-to-day fair housing responsibilities and show you how to respond appropriately to the many situations you may face on your property.
