This course has something for everyone, whether new to EIV or a seasoned EIV veteran. We will start the day with a discussion of EIV security to help you avoid problems that will result in findings and harm to your residents, as well as showing compliance with EIV Security Training requirements. We will then discuss how the EIV system works, to help you understand where the information comes from. There will also be hands on exercises to help you understand what is in each of the reports, how to use the efficiently and effectively, troubleshoot and show compliance with use of the reports. Case studies will be done and sample forms will be provided.

Kurt has been with the Flagstaff Housing Authority for over 20 years, in a variety of programs. He currently oversees staff in the Public Housing and Multi Family programs. He is also currently the Vice President of Training for AHMA-PSW; and trains for AZ NAHRO.
