EIV is a great tool to help us identify improper payments and streamline the verification process.  It is also very time consuming, and a major cause of MOR findings.  This is a full day course designed to help you effectively and efficiently use EIV as the tool it was meant to be.  We will cover tips and tricks to make EIV use go smoothly, as well as identifying the source of discrepancies.  In addition, we will spend the majority of the day doing hands on exercises to reconcile the EIV Income Discrepancy Report, use the EIV Quarterly Wage Report to identify potential over payments and use third party verification to compute over payments.  We will also work through repayment agreement processing and reporting.

Kurt has been with the Flagstaff Housing Authority for over 20 years, in a variety of programs. He currently oversees staff in the Public Housing and Multi Family programs. He is also currently the Vice President of Training for AHMA-PSW; and trains for AZ NAHRO.
