REGULAR MEMBERSHIP
Open to property management companies, building owners and individuals directly involved in property management. Dues are $425 / year plus service fees of $1.25 per affordable unit managed.

ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP
Associate membership is available to agencies, vendors and service providers for an investment of $425 per year in annual dues.
It enables you to keep your product or service in front of this industry all year long through the following:

• Advertising and listing in the Association's Membership Directory and Reference Guide
  
• Listing on the AHMA Web site
  
• The Opportunity to display literature at AHMA membership meetings and special events
  
• Discounts on exhibit space at the Trade Show
